Onkyo, a respected name in the home audio business, has released an 11.6-inch tablet built around Microsoft's Windows 7 platform, but you can only get it in Japan.
The Onkyo tablet with a boring name (TW317A7) comes with KDDI 3G baked in. It supports multi-touch input and features an Intel Atom N450 processor, 1GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and 0.3MP webcam, Akihabara News reports. In other words, it's a tablet with a boatload of netbook DNA.
No word on price or when Onkyo plans to ship this one to the States.
