The 10 Best PC Game Trailers from E3 2012

Star Wars 1313

We're predisposed to give any Star Wars game the benefit of the doubt, but Star Wars 1313 has us even more excited than usual. Cool setting, some nice banter and top-notch graphics in this Spike TV interview and trailer.

Watch Dogs

Holy hell, where did this game come from? Ubisoft's new open-world techno-thriller was the surprise hit of the show, and one look at this trailer will show you why. See those graphics? Those ain't console graphics.

Warface

Warface, the self-described "AAA Social FPS," will be bringing it's particular brand of free-to-player shooter action to North America this year. If this trailer's any indication, it'll be the best-looking F2P we've ever played.

Crysis 3

It looks like Crytek isn't quite done having their way with our video cards just yet. Crysis 3's E3 trailer looks pretty stunning.

War of the Roses

It may not be the best looking game on this list, but boy does War of the Roses look like a good time. This is medieval multiplayer action, complete with all the gut-stabbin' and face-arrowin' we could ask for.

Planetside 2

This trailer for MMOFPS shows off the game engine nicely, but leaves us wanting in terms of actual gameplay footage. Still, any Planetside 2 news is good news.

Sim City

This Sim City trailer (EA has apparently given up on numbering their games) lays the tilt shift on a little thick. Despite that, the game looks absolutely gorgeous, and after nearly a decade away we can't wait to jump back into SimCity.

Zeno Clash 2

The E3 trailer for Zeno Clash 2 only really tells us two things: One, the game exists, and two, it is still very, very weird. Fortunately, those are the only two things we need to know.

The Elder Scrolls V: Dawnguard

Bethesda unleashed a new trailer for the first expansion for Skyrim at this year's E3, with plenty of vampire flavor.

Assassin's Creed 3

As much as we enjoyed the previous Assassin's Creed games, the various medieval and renaissance settings were starting to get a bit dull. We were wondering about how the revolutionary America setting would play, but this trailer puts those worries to rest.
