High end AMD cards can run really hot. Any word on how noisy this card is when playing a game?

I don't understand. They still make graphics cards? Didn't you guys tell them that the PC was dead?

Okay with this post I have confirmed that you're a troll. Posting anti-PC on Maximum PC, posting anti-Windows 8 on every Windows 8 article... If you look away from your computer, and move your eyes down and around your body you'll see that you are indeed Dennis Nedry from Jurassic Park.

You don't understand a lot of things. Like how to use Windows 8 for example.

As a AMD fan....these "overclocked' cards are a joke. While the 290 can get that speed....it won't stay there for long. So it's pointless to even try and OC the reference 290 and 290X.

But what will happen when vendors are slapping aftermarket coolers on them? This http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/radeon-r9-290-review-benchmark,3659-19.html

I thought the stock was loud and hot enough

Hey.That_Dude

I think what they mean is they didn't use any "exotic" cooling to keep the card cool.
