The repetition on Pandora was...I stopped using Pandora when I discovered Raditaz Radio. I haven't gone back.

Who thought this was going to overtake Pandora? They're so silly.

iTunes is one of the primary reasons I will never buy into the Apple ecosystem. They certainly aren't going to attract me to a new service by tying it to iTunes.

Meh. I've spent several years fine-tuning over three dozen Pandora stations to my taste, some of them very esoteric. I've no desire or incentive to start over and the variety on Pandora is quite good for what I listen to. If it blows up your skirt then have at it, but I've far better things to do with my time than compare streaming music services on niggling details and irrelevant "features." It's like the people who used to argue if Sirius or XM were better: WHO CARES? If you like it, use it. If not, don't.

There is no way I will let ANYTHING Apple on any of our computers (P Cs) ever again. I have had a number of detrimental effects from having the Apple Bonjour service as well as Apple push loaded on computers. Nuff said.

Sorry, but pandora repeats too much and has crap quality. I still have to get my itunes radio fine tuned, but it's already worlds above.

Yeah Pandora really does need to upgrade it's quality. At least 192 free service/320 paid. Spotify streams in 160 (free) and 320 (premium) Ogg Vorbis and I can hear a noticeable difference between 160 OGG and 128 mp3. As far as repetition goes that just depends on how much time you spend fine tuning it along with adding variety. I'm not so sure I could bring myself to download iTunes just for another streaming service as I tend to stay away from the silver fruit aisle. For the most part I listen to cd and vinyl FLAC on my local storage. Yes I'm one of those snobs you lossy listening peasants. :)

For anyone wanting to listen to Pandora ad free download Elpis for windows or Pithos for Linux.

Honestly, I didn't realize how bad pandora sucked until I switched over to the radio in my truck and hit some HD channels. Now I believe I understand what you snobby snobs are talking about with the highs and lows missing.

TLDR: pandora has very bad quality.

Apple really dropped the ball when they changed up how iTunes operate. They haven't been the same since.
