What is the list price on an SSD tree like that?

Retail would be $250 for each drive, so a total of $3,000 for the drives. But they are connected to a raid card which costs about $1,200, so $4,200 for the hardware.

Well, Samsung gave them to the team, according to the article. I'm guessing around 8x250 USD though. So that comes out at roughly 2K USD, before other fees, like the actual stand itself...
