Some contradictory info on the Fixit page (and here). It says that it also applies to Office 2010 but the heading only mentions Office 2003. When I attempted to apply it to my system it came back with a message stating that my system did not need to fix as it didn't apply to my application.

It depends on which version of Windows you're running, too. On the Security Advisory page, scroll down the "Non-Affected Software" section.

So if I have Office 2010 SP2 64bit on Windows 8.1 pro with Media Center 64 bit does this mean I'm affected too?

Still very confusing. It doesn't say "these applications under these OS's" It lists affected or unaffected software then a list of OS's and applications as if it's either / or. It just isn't very clear - plain and simple.
