Dell's mobile efforts won't compete with Samsung and Dell will never get a copy of iOS. Windows still have a way to go in making their OS mobile/finger workable. I feel their best playing field is with Ubuntu/Mobile in an attempt to try something different staying in the enterprise world as the consumer world is way too saturated and complicated (games, media, etc).

Maybe they could partner with Dropbox and the Zoho's of the world to provide online content/integration.

Otherwise, stay out of the mobile world.
