I will probably never buy the "early access" to a game. All that does is to slow down the development process as they can get money now rather than when they finish the game. Some games have been OK, but many have gotten negative reviews about buying in way too early and having very little game to show for it after months or years of development (I am looking at you, Godus). I can wait.

I really like the snow globe header and footer on the sale site.

I don't know how I can justify buying any more games! I have SO many already. Steam might be in danger of critical mass for some of the gaming community.

It's clever that they are handing out cards with game purchases, because games on Steam are kind of becoming more of a collection than entertainment I have enough time in my life to enjoy.

Problem with these sales, after a couple of them you already have whatever you're interested in (at least that's my case). Didn't buy anything in last sale, and probably won't on this one. After all, how many times can you buy Europa Universalis 4 or Crusader Kings 2 or Mount & Blade?

I guess if you're a shooter guy you'll always have something to buy as they seem to make yet another one every month.

God dammit, Valve. Just....dammit.
If I wasn't already broke for the holidays, I sure as hell am now.

I wish this sale would come at the end of January instead. I never have enough money for the games I want at this time of year.

They know we all have no money. That's why they make them so delightfully cheap.

And...there goes $15. I literally cannot live long enough to play all the games I have purchased.
