Lenovo's ThinkPad, IdeaPad, and other notebook lines will account for 30 percent of total notebook sales in China in 2011, according to sources in Lenovo's supply chain.

Big whoop, right? For Lenovo, the world's fourth-largest vendor, it is. By 2012-2014, China is expected to surpass the U.S. as the largest single notebook market in the world.

China isn't the only place Lenovo will thrive. Out of all the notebook vendors, sources say China-based Lenovo's 2011 global shipment numbers will increase the most from 2010, DigiTimes reports.
