You can get a Kingston DTSE9 in 64 GB for about $35 now. It's made out of metal and looks much the same. Add your own encryption software to it if you want.

But again, it's USB 2.0 while the LaCie featured here is USB 3.0

I guess the question is, is the flash in your drive capable of saturating USB 2.0? Manufacturers normally use the low performing nand for their flash drives.
