Does the 5 Ghz RAM in the next gen of consoles not count?

Just outta curiosity, would this make an AMD APU ridiculously OP in terms of the graphics performance? O.o

Heavily touted? I guess among the clueless, everyone else knows it's not only pointless, but completely meaningless numbers. Has no bearing or use in the real world.

Anyone else also notice that the CPU was running about 1/2 its rated speed too?

When you tell me they can hit that on water cooling, or even a phase change unit that can be had by the average joe then I will start to actually give a rats ass. Just because someone with more money then brains pours hundreds of dollars worth of liquid N2 or He into a cylinder and cranks up the voltage and buss speed I don't see that as a record. It should have to be repeatable and sustainable for 24 hours!

You weren't kidding about the "exotic cooling." That's nuts...
