The average Joe doesn't need double float performance and paying for it when it has been proven to not make a big difference is silly and bordering on lunacy.
Otherwise I hope that White PCB helps reflect the heat back at the Heat sink for removal. And it does look very sexy.

Double precision performance has less to do with hardware and more to do with drivers, although hardware plays a part. Also, white doesn't reflect heat in and of itself, but instead reflects light which, in turn, causes heat.

Wow... Okay so back to basics.
We SEE in the visible range. Just because you can't SEE it doesn't mean it isn't there. Therefore, by extension, Just because you can't SEE it reflecting IR radiation doesn't mean that it isn't. Congratulations.
Now on to the next lesson, looking up absorption/reflection spectra using Google (or any other search engine). Try it. You'll find a general trend is that white objects tend to reflect even into the infrared area. While not true of all whites it is an easily visible trend.
Please also note that the reverse is true. Which is why the antennas on your routers are black, since Black both absorbs and emits Electro-Magnetic Radiation (EMR) more easily.

Okay so you basicly backed me up. However, the article in question still only covered visible light.
More Physics/Chemistry 101: IR and wavelengths longer than light do not generally cause electron bandgap jumps. More often they manipulate the bonds that Atoms have with each other, causing them to either expand/contract, wiggle, or rotate in a cone like fashion. This is why your food isn't glowing -or shouldn't be- when you take it out of the microwave. Microwaves emit radiation at 2.5 GHz which corresponds to the O-H bond in water and the C-H bond in most fats (each with their respective motion). These wiggling giggling motions are an increase in kinetic energy and thus considered "Hot". Therefore your food is now heated even though no actual heat was administered.
Most "white" pigments do not have these bonds that are easily made to vibrate. They tend to have more ionic bonds which basicly don't vibrate at all. Since they cannot absorb or emit, they will generally reflect given the proper thickness.
Please don't take what I'm saying as the end all be all. I had to compress A LOT of info. If you really don't believe me look up what the business put out on their materials. They have to make money off of them so it's in their best interest to not lie. Try looking up the really white stuff like Richard Simmons.... I mean TiO2 and ZnO.
Also of note is that fact that the sun outputs about 0 watts to the earth in the Radio spectrum, which makes painting antenna black a very good idea -especially indoor ones-.
