Maximum PC

my computer is going to have a black/ red scheme but there are some parts i want to see if i can paint, before shelling out money for red and black parts.
can i paint the stock cooler fan red? im using mostly spray paint, so if theres a specific type that would be better please say.
and i have a feeling i cant paint the mobo but im gonna ask any way.
how bout the ram if i get some name brand ram with heat spreaders?
what else could i spray paint with out damaging the component.
i already have a black and red gpu, psu, and case.
everything else needs to be red and black.
