Haha, I knew you would post something along those lines.

The creamsicles aren't even a month old and you're complaining about endless recruiting!

I was just giving the guy a heads up, decency be damned. Since when do monkeys concern themselves with decency anyway?

It comes across as a desperate plea rather than a recruiting drive.
Seriously, not being an asshole here.

Here's some quotes to reinforce the notion that you can suck my ass and get those dresses ready:

JuiceJones on May 22 wrote:
I like how everyone underestimates us and compares us to some old failure collective. You silly monkeys have no clue .

Give us a month to reach good capacity.

Not even three weeks ago.

And the rules outlining the June contest:

JuiceJones wrote:

The challenge goal is plain and simple: Produce the most points this June.

The guidelines are as follows: Fold our asses off and try to beat the monkeys.

The rules: Fold hard.

After reading the rule, "fold hard", a few times, I'm pretty sure that means anything goes. Many people may disband after the June race, and that's fine, there will still be a core group that will endure. But that's not the point of the June race, this is no holds bar, do all the shameless recruiting you want. :)

And I don't know how the very first recruiting post I made since this began, to someone who is new, and therefore not previously aware, is a desperate plea. I just threw a bone out there, I didn't felate the guy.

you have 5 threads going about it in the gauntlet section now.

These monkey mental gymnastics are a bitch. Let's break it down:

WMIF posted he wanted to race. The race was clearly below his league. I responded by simply letting him know of our race that he's more suited for, and that he's welcome to partake and join the fun if he'd like. The barrage of monkey shit and complaining began.

I didn't start the digression, BigT did, and you jumped right in to continue it. I will leave their thread alone now.

Good day to you all.

I know I haven't put much heat on you yet Tedster, but don't worry it's coming.

I got the 9800 GX2 and as someone mentioned might happen, I am having trouble getting it to fold with the GTX 285 I am currently running. Having for-seen this as a possible outcome, I had already ordered an MSI K9A2 Platinum motherboard and quad core AMD proc.

Today I finally got fed up with trying to get the 9800 GX2 to work so I ordered a power supply and ram (don't know what happened to the ram I thought I was going to use) which are the only things I need to get it running. Oh, and for good measure I ordered another 9800 GX2 as well.

As soon as I get the pics hosted somewhere, I will post them here so you can see all the new goodies (and the old goodies for that matter, since I never put any pics of those up either).

Summer heat be damned, I'm FOLDING!!!

You may want to call in your sister for some help and expand that lead while you can.

This is gonna get messy.

Also pray you get that 9600 GSO, or at least that I don't.

Well I finally got some pictures to show you what I am using and working on.

This is the main rig I have been using(Q6600@3Ghz & GTX285):
ImageIn the bottom left corner you can see my laptop dock(blue light), which has an smp client running on it now. It doesn't stay on all the time though, because I take it with me. I am currently #30 in the EVGA queue to have my GTX285 replaced with the new GTX295 co-op.

This is the Phenom X4 powered rig with one 9800 GX2 already in still waiting on memory and power supply thanks to UPS postponing my shipment till monday:

Also just got news that the second 9800 GX2 has shipped so that will be added this week sometime it will all be running on XP x64.

mochong, you should be in the top 20 easy with those two machines. I see 37K PPD if set up right.

Actually I am aiming a little higher since that would leave me two empty PCI Express slots. I plan to put two more 9800 GX2s in 'em.

Ok this new machine is up and running, making almost 9k PPD at the moment. I am going to let it burn in at stock speeds and then in a day or two see how much performance I can squeeze out of it. Hopefully by then the other 9800 GX2 will be in and that should add significantly to the performance.

You seem to be getting some extra help there Tedster! Where'd you get all the extra machines?
You show 14 processors to my 11 in the last 7 days...You been sandbagging?

No matter I should be able to get about 10k more PPD than what you are making now if I get everything setup right.

They are old laptops that I have- 1.6 GHZ Pentium M's, 512 MB Ram. They run Standard Clients. If I could link 2 of them together to form a dual-proc system and run an SMP Client on them, I would.

I also started running 2 Vmware notfred clients as well as 2 standard clients on my core i7 rig. It alone gets ~20000 ppd.

And my "sister's" computer (It's all but mine, and we live in the same house) and its 8800GT are folding for me.
