Heh, this June is a competition, yes, but the overtake goal does not have next June as a deadline. That's just a long-standing goal that's inevitable and going to happen, but I wouldn't put money on next June .

I wish I could claim it myself, but some mystery person is helping me hit 5 mil so I can hurry up and switch to the creamsicles.

I might actually be a little under my 32k by the time I switch. Sucks, but my 8800 GTS magically became crippled and produces over 20% slower, my main rig likes to freeze increasingly often, thanks to this defective open box card, and my second largest producer restarts itself, closing the VM until I notice. I have some PITA swaps I need to do to mitigate most of this, and actually slightly increase production, but I've been too lazy.

I'll get around to it for the creamsicles though.

Clarification is needed!

I would like to see this contest not run during the summer to remember contest, as it was set before this one. We should not get in the way of a long standing contest.

HOWEVER, if the rest of the creamsicles are willing, we would waive all point per day entries to said summer contest and just enter via new equipment purchase entries if that is still an accepted entry to this contest.

It seems I have hit my cap on this machine in ppd so I am gonna have to upgrade something! So, I would have my entry secured by a double pci e slot mobo or at least a core 2 quad proc so I can improve my vm folding.

so the creamsicles and the Monkey Federation need to decide if we shall run this at the same time as the summer to remember contest.

and I hate to tell you monkeys this but if 95K ppd is all that is needed to actually pass you guys You may want to step up some production. I don't know if them numbers are accurate , just whats been passed around on this thread. Hell, I am bumping 8.5K ppd by my self. And I wont have a full 2 months of folding until the first week of June!

The Monkeys can't enter the contest on points anyways so running this contest along with the summer contest shouldn't be an issue.

The only issue would be for the creamsicles since they won't be able to enter on points.
