Good to see you sell off your old subscriber list to North Shore Agency, INC.

I got a letter from North Shore Agency, INC claiming that their client, Maximum PC, requires $20. It claims to be a collection agency and looks surprisingly authentic. I've already paid for almost 10 years worth of subscriptions. Is this really how you treat your past customers?

Keep it classy, Maximum PC.

This is interesting. Looks like northshore has a class action against them...
I think that they send letters to people claiming that they are from random magazines. Im not sure that it is MPC's fault. I have seen complaints of people on the web saying that they owed newsweek, and other mags.

Thing is, I'm almost positive MPC gave/sold them this information about me. It has my address, and a variation of my name which I used almost exclusively with MPC.

Please contact our customer service line if you think there's some sort of problem with your account. Customer service doesn't check the forums, and they're the people you need help with.

If/when you contact customer support, come back and tell us on the forum what the outcome is. I am very curious.

I came back Grim :)

Basically I didn't pay for my subscription. Someone had renewed it on my behalf and I didn't know.

Apologies to MPC, I should have called customer support first.
