Maximum PC

Seriously? I thought Maximum PC was all about not locking ideas or stopping people from talking. I'm hoping it's just the forums and the magazine creators have nothing to do with the oppressive nature of the threads. If the moderator didn't like where my thread was going, they should have stayed off of it. Why play thread god and decide they don't like my ideas any more? It seriously makes me wonder about moderators if they aren't using their jobs because in the real world someone put them down so they take it out here. What the hell?

And just for future reference, if I want to ban someone else's free speech if I complain about it will the moderators lock their topics too or only if the moderators themselves are having a bad day or don't agree with the topic?

It had nothing to do with free speech or trying to silence you.

The thread was WAY off the original topic and it turned into a flame fest.

Plain and simple.

A moderator's job is to control the area and make sure no one gets hurt.

That thread was bound to get someone hurt, banned, and pissed off.

You also don't have free speech on the forums, you agree to be held by the decisions of the moderators. If you don't like their decisions, you are free to find another forum.

On another note, and issues in that thread aside, if you insult my country one more time anywhere on this forum, you can kiss your account good-bye.

Hey, if they feel like it's okay to insult me, then they either man up and take it back, agree not to do it, or confirm to everyone they have Freudian issues.

I'm only as sensitive as to be annoyed when someone says something rude and gets offended when I return the favor.

Slapping Canadians is a threat of physical harm.

Anyone know about any member banned for threatening to punch another in the face? I do...it's not tolerated, and is no way to debate.
