Radeon X-800-XT platinum edition, I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has had a chance to play any current graphics intensive games using this card. <Simple question> What do you think of the card?

An XT and an XT PE is the same card in PCIE form, isn't it? I'd think the ability of anyone here running one yet is slim to none.

I still have my finger on the "buy" button for when I see the one I want available.

In a week or two my friend will have his. Unfortunately my friend has no patience and chose to pre-order from compusa.com. ATI just needs to start shipping more of the BASTARDS OUT!

Nope
XT and XTPE are 2 not the same. The XT PE is the faster of the 2.

The X800 only has 12 pipelines - The X800XT has 16 pipelines, plus it's overclocked, so it's definitely (note that it is spelled correctly) the better of the 2 cards.
