I hope someone can offer some assistance with this issue. I believe I was jipped by 1saleaday.com, the site similar to woot.com. I bought a Linksys WRT100 router from their site 2 months ago, which I found out was a refurbished item only after receiving it. After several failed attempts to set up the router, I sent an email to 1saleaday.com and have yet to receive a response (2 weeks going). I gave Linksys technical support a call and they too were unable to fix the problem. They then proceeded to tell me that they do not make refurbished WRT100 routers. I can't seem to find any other contact info for 1saleaday.com other than the email address listed on their site. Please help!!

Buyer beware.

The very first thing you should have done upon finding out that it was referbished was to call your credit card company and learn how to dispute the charge.

You should of also checked out the company online.

www.resellerratings.com

They have an absolutely horrible history.

You would have to ask your credit card company that question.

If you still can dispute the charge with your credit card company, do it in writing, as in the old fashion way - snail mail. Find the proper address to send the letter to because it usually is not the same address that you send your bills to.

Yeah doing business with a company that you can't find a physical address for is never a good idea.
