So what do you have?

I have a Palm IIIc. It was palms first color PDA I belive.

I use it to keep my addresses, phone numbers, todo lists, and I have a BASIC interpreter on it that I write small little programs with. Oh plus I keep all my useful data on it. Things like CD-Keys, passwords, etc.

So sure it's old, slow and has none of the cool new features of current PDAs but it still works for me :!:

I've got a Palm Zire 21 and my gf has a Palm IIIc

If I was going to get a PocketPC it'd probably be one of the high end Toshiba's.

Currently I have a URThere @migo which is kindof unique because it has a built in PCMCIA slot. I have ordered and I'm waiting for a Dell Axim X30 High (high meaning it's XScale CPU is running at 624 Mhz :) )

Handspring Treo 180

Image

After the merger, they became PalmOne. It is one of those uber-expensive combinations of a cell phone and palm pilot.
I really wish I could afford one of the new versions. :?

Common activities
  • Phone
  • Calendar / appointments
  • Web Browser
  • Read PDF files - I have some C++, Java and Linux docs on it
  • IRC
  • Telnet
  • SMS
  • Chess
  • and some other games and apps

I'm pretty practical and don't use many of the features. My next phone will definitely have Java support!

The MP3 player works good no it will not replace my ipod since the mp3 player is only 64 meg storage. But audio quality is good running the mp3 addon and doing other things does not cause the audio to skip or disort.

Does the mp3 addon and have the inputs for headphones? If not, I'd be running around in mono like some assjack while everyone else is dolby digital!

You do telnet with a pad and a pen? That is impressive.

So modest, how about a Treo w/ bluetooth, wifi, and regular wired ethernet. Now that's what we need!
