Sorry I'm not around much at all. Still folding but just don't have all the CPUs any longer. I traded them all in and became "one of them hooligans!" in 2006, then upgraded this year. Si, this is what is occupying my time.



I'm also moderating three other motorcycle related forums which take up most spare time...

Still woodworking too... remodel just never ends!

Not related to anyone here that I'm aware of!

I am still driving Toyota... got rid of the two Tundra trucks in the gas crunch and picked up a 2007 Tacoma DC off-road TRD! She got a Yaris, imagine that... from their biggest auto to the smallest!

We also upgraded the bikes. She's done with cruisers and now rides a 2009 Yamaha FZ6R and I am on an '09 Yahama FZ1. The two of us just covered 1630 miles on a trip from NH to MI and back. If anyone in Ontario sees my arse on the side of the road, can you mail it to me please?

We're still here, just not a lot of time to post much any longer although the winter months are coming and the bikes will be parked. I'll try to pop in more but I cannot make any promises!

I'm not folding a lot any longer... I've shut down nearly all machines in the house. No more domain, no more servers, etc... I have my gaming rig and the PS3 folding along with a couple of machines at work now. Sad....

Don't know if I mentioned this earlier but, my 22 yr old daughter is due Dec. 2nd with our first Grandchild. She's having a baby girl and her name is Bridgette Michele. Mom and Bridgette are both doing fantastic. We've been busy creating a nursery for when they are here.

I'll have to link some of the work I've completed here at the house too.

Nice to see a lot of old friends here! Great to see a lot of new members too!

Sort of. . . but I guess it was kind of planned? Let me explain...

I got married at a young age and wanted kids when I was young. I found the perfect woman. She already had a 20 month old son and his "sperm donor" (as we call him) left the two of them when he was 18 months old. So, I took the role of Dad. Then we had twins shortly after committing our lives together.

The reason I wanted to do this was to be young WITH my kids and do fun stuff while they were growing up. I also wanted them to have a child of their own when they settled with a loved one. I wanted to be a Grandfather!

I never knew ANY of my Grandparents at all. All but one had passed before I was born and the remaining one died before I was a year old. Thus, I never knew what a Grandparent was.

So, my little girl is making my dream come true, although a bit early and unplanned for her, we've done ALL we can to make sure she and the baby are going to be taken care of. Her Beau is active in the pregnancy and fully intends to be here for the child. They really wanted to wait another 4 years but, accidents happen.

The baby is yet to be born and 100% spoiled already. (So is her Mom) We cannot wait for the arrival and the excitement continues to grow.

To answer you staypuff, yes, at 44 yrs old, I am too young to be a grampy but I'll be the BEST Grampy there ever was! (Well, I hope so anyway!!!)

Thanks and I mean it! It really is a slap in the face with reality when your Baby Girl comes home crying and says she is pregnant. Poor child was devastated at first but we talked her down and hugged her tight. Now she's all sorts of excited and ready for being a Mom.

Your post is ALL that I know about you, but it is enough.
