been a week since i've sent Chaintech an email trying to get a motherboard RMA, still no response.

anyone here with experiences with Chaintech customer support?

Try calling them rather than e-mailing. I haven't dealt with them, but a lot of companies - even reliable ones - are slow getting around to their e-mail.

i would if i found a number, i'll try looking again. the only thing in their tech support page is the email page.

I tend to avoid companies that don't have real physical addresses and phone numbers listed on their web page.

Do a WHOIS on their domain name and call that number :D

hehe, don't matter now, i found out the board is outta warranty (one year).

but with their tech support methods, i don't think i'll buy Chaintech again.
