Put this motherboard in the case. Why don't you use two small red led fans on the back? They will look kiind of like engines, and will cool your system.

No reason for him to buy another motherboard...the one he has should fit in there fine.

Does the power cord fit? It seems like it takes about 3 or more inches behind my PC to keep the cord from being bent at an extreme angle.

Or do you intend to modify it?

So, while I wait for some drying over at Project Namesake, I decided to toy around with Project Eagle 5!

I have the wheels cut in half so they can be added to the frame.

Image

But first they need another cut. I want to cut half way down to make a "shelf" for the body to sit on.

Image

Image

I then drilled two holes in the rims and screwed it down to the frame

Here it is on it's own wheels.

Its coming along nicely. I like it alot. I've been watching this and The Dell from Hell closely for a while now. Its nice to see them progress.

So, this is a midpoint update. I'll let the pics do most of the talking. Here's what I still have left to finish...

Today, I cut out the hole for the DVD drive. I’m still not sure if I’m gonna use a slot loading drive or this slim-line external DVD drive.

I'd say only use the slot loading drive if you're gonna hide it nicely. A stealthed drive would be nice, but the outline would be obvious against the paint colour.

is there a way that you can disassemble the UPS and spread out the components inside the Winney? Who says it has to be 22CM tall? Maybe you could make it a little longer.

So now that my TGS mod is complete I can complete The Spaceballs PC! Everything is in. Everything works! I still need to touch up the paint and front slot loading CD bay.
