I've used coolbits and it works well. Riva tuner is also a good choice.

Coolbits (or more specifically, coolbits2) saved me from an RMA, at least for the time being. I JUST finished making a thread describing my experience:

FYI:

You can do this without a download of any type of installer. Open regedit and travel on to HKLM/software/NVIDIA Corporation/Global/NVtweak.

Once to the "NVtweak" folder, right-click in the right pane and select "New --> DWORD value". Name this new DWORD "Coolbits". Double click "Coolbits" to open the properties and enter "3" into the value and insure the "hexadecimal" tic is filled.

Once you close regedit, you will have the overclocking utility installed in your display properties...and you did it all yourself, you hack:D
