There's something wrong with the password function on the forums. I go to maximumpc.com and try to login with the username and password I KNOW that I have. But it rejects it. So everytime I have to click on Forgot Password so a new password is sent to me. Then I have to modify the password. This has happened to me like 15 times already in the last few months so there's something definitely wrong with the script.

That happened to me on another website and it finally got to the point where I stopped going there because if it.

I had the same problem. It's an easy fix though, just delete your cookies for maximumpc.com is worked for me.

Did you ever PM an admin or delete your cookies and try again? Do you have cookies set to be saved on your machine?

Another path:

1. Click the "MAXIMUMPC" logo which is currently at the top left corner. This will take you from the forum section to the magazine homepage.
2. Click "Edit Your Account" directly below "Welcome <your username>" at the top of the page.
3. You should land on an "Edit" form that will allow you to update your account settings.
