Bought a Doom 3 X-large T-shirt and paid $16 extra for the 2 day ground shipping. Two weeks later, no shirt and I have no way to get ahold of the "store". Go to http://www.idsoftware.com and there is no way to e-mail, call, anything.

I had just assumed I would get the shirt within 3-4 since I paid for 2 day shipping.

(I updated this, it's all my fault..I think)

Depending on what day you made the purchase, I'd consider disputing the charge with your credit card company based on this:

"Your order will be process and shipped within 1 business day of completion. If you select "Next Day" or "Second Day" as your shipper for U.S. domestic orders, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped."

Quote can be found HERE.

I think I might have to, but I really wanted the shirt.

They never sent me a confirmation email or anything, so at this point I think I might be out $34 unless I dispute it...

You might still get your shirt, but if it was me, I would still dispute the shipping charge. You paid almost as much as the shirt itself to have 2 day shipping, and if they don't come through you shouldn't have to either.

One of the bugs with online shopping. Too many people have the attitude -

I've got your money, so shut up and wait and maybe I'll send you what you paid for.

Call your credit card people and cancel the purchase. Do it NOW.

Ok...I'm retarded.

Well, maybe I caused all this lateness, I'll let you decide (at least I'm admitting it!)

I ordered two day shipping but advised both my billing and shipping address to be a PO BOX.
But, I only did this because my post office accepts FED EX deliverys to post office boxes, and since the website didnt reject the shipping having a po box in it, I said OK.

ID's store uses UPS.....Which of course can only deliver to physical addys.

Oh well, shirt came three weeks late due to above cited, but it did come (and it's cool as hell!)

Don't hate me... Sorry ID, however you should make rules for shipping more clear.

ALSO, didn't get my shipping confirmation e-mail until just 4 days ago...and then two days after that got my shirt. So I dunno, either way it was late....

And as for contacting ID software, it's
websales@idsoftware.com
