Very capable system, you've the best in regards to i875 mobos. As someone else mentioned, what video card are you running? Also, are you into overclocking at all? A P4C on an IC7 MaxIII is just begging to be pushed :D

I really dont have too many complaints with it. It has run everything I have thrown at it. I also got 6770 on 3dsysmark03 and like 18500 on sysmark01. Im still anxious to see how it will Handle Doom3 and Half-life 2.

This is my First CPU(well, not really, I did have a Dell, P2 450Mhz for like 5 yrs, but that was my dads, this is mine, I built it). I am still new to overclockin Mobos and videocards, but would like to get into it. Actually, that is the reason I got the IC7-max3, I was told you could overclok the hell out of it.

that would be PC, not CPU... CPU = central processing unit, PC= personal computer ( i think?). sorry, i just had to correct you... my stupid teacher asked "name 5 things in a CPU"... ah nvm.

if you want to get into oc'ing, read all the things people have to say about it. doing it safely and carefully is one of the first things you should learn.[/b]

Not bad, not bad at all. The guys are right though, overclock that!! Just be careful, I know 3 kids who ruined their processors by overclocking them too far. Make sure you know what you're doing.

That computer is very good, but what's your price range? I think you should get a Monarch Computer. You can get it for about $2,200. You can also get a P4 3.4 for about the same amount. The one I'm going to get is about that much:

AMD Athlon 64 3400

MSI K8N NEO-Platinum nForce3 250 Gb Audio/LAN/USB/IEEE/SATA/DDR-400/ATX

a kind of cheap tower though.

PS: 520W

memory: 1gig of OCZ

Maxtor 160 gigs

dont want a cd burner

nVidia GeForce 6800 Ultra 256 mb

Modems.....operating system.....etc...... thats w/o the monitor printer etc.
