Hello Max PC staff

I was just trying to enter the FF11 contest when I saw this:

"SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR OLDER AND LOCATED IN THE CONTINENTAL U.S AT THE TIME OF ENTRY EXCEPT FOR RHODE ISLAND. "

This is totally unfair. I do not know what the readership is like up here or if it is some US law that prohibits us from participating but it still puts me off. I subscribe to the magazine, enjoy it but now I am wondering if this magazine is targeted at all readers or just the geographically privileged? we even pay more per issue then US residents.

Hope you can clarify this
