Awesome. I go to school on 23rd and Lexington, so I don't have far. :D
I hope there'll be some freebies, sweepstakes, and giveaways.

I'll take the M23 to 8th Avenue, then the A train Uptown to 59th Columbus Circle, and walk. :D

I am moving! According to google maps, the shortest route between where I am now and where I will be living is 6212km!

Yeah, thats 3800 miles for us southerners. That 6212 km doesn't even begin to count that road trip that you've gotten everyone excited about.

Hogan and I are considering going. We'll see what happens. If we do go, I'll try to wear a Blondie shirt, would love to meet some of the members here. Either way, I'm really not hard to miss. I look about 30ish, fairly long blonde hair, blue jeans, white & pink NB sneaks and I'll have a cane.

It will most likely be Saturday if we do go.

I went, and I am kind of dissapointed. There were only 4 stations. Two games per station. That's it. I expected something big. Like a whole floor reserved, with dozens of stations, half naked show-chics, black lights, and whatnot. I left within 15 minutes. Played some BF2, and that's it.

I went on friday with a few friends and my bro and found it to be more or less the same thing.

But what would you expect? First off, you dont even have to pay to get in, its only a promotional for the magazine and i would say the majority that go are probably people waiting around for a movie or passing by on the street.

However, i too wished for a whole floor (who wouldnt?) but its understandable, as i'm sure MPC doesnt have a whole crapload of cash to sink into this thing, considering purchasing (or securing vendors to borrow) and shipping all the stuff around.

This probably should be adressed in another thread though, we're a bit off topic already.

I think the thing that made me happiest was the XFX 7800GTX. This was the first time I saw it 'live', and that thing is HUUUUGE comparing to my AGP BFG 6800OC.

OH LOLZ !!! 1 of my earliest post ! how time flew by so quickly ! yeap i still love BF2 up to this date .. thanks to all the modders and map-making communities ! I still want to know if BF3 will ever support modding / map making tools ? either way.. i declined purchasing BF3 because of numerous dependencies (not a stand alone game - it requires external browswer and origin logins). BF2 was much more ingenious (a true stand alone game - all the logins / multiplayer browswer are within the game.. thereby called standalone game).
