I am looking to upgrading this is what I am concidering what do you guys think?

I already have an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro (AGP) and am going to use my existing case DVD drive ect. (Currently running an MSI nForce2 XP1800 system with 512 RAM)

Sounds good, but someone will probably recommend a better mobo than that one.

well thats one reason I am asking but the benchmarks for this MOBO are top notch. Anatech reviews with the nForce 4 this Mobo is right there even topping it on a few benchmarks. Also I do not want to have to buy a new Video card and the nForce is PCI Express.

Yes, and it is going to be the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum (s939)

Since newegg is always out of stock (the best non x16 s939 mobo) I would reccomend Monarchcomputers.

Check ZipZoomFly or ChiefValue as well. I liked their services better than Monarch Computers.

LOL I have had good luck with all the VIA chipstes but the KT133 it was a real problem with sharing PCI slots lots of conflicts ect. but outside of that they have been ok just not the fastest around. Thanks for the imput guys I cant wait to get this thing upgraded!

If you put a budget, you might get more feedback. What processor are you upgrading from?

That is a great motherboard, not worth changing until pci express. I would hold off until you can get a pci express board and videocard.
