Samsung consistently earns really good marks in the SSD market. Intel historically has been, but I haven't heard anything from them in a while. Crucial's M500 series is also up there as is SanDisk's higher end models. If you want to take the easy route, buy a Samsung.
As far as memory, get something from either Corsair, Crucial, or G.Skill. The others I haven't hear much on and those three are usually recommended. As far as speed goes, doesn't improve performance except in a very small number of tasks (last I checked, WinRAR compression was about the only thing that likes faster RAM). Just stop at DDR3-1600 (or if it's not more expensive, DDR3-1866)
