Hi!

This will be my first DIY build, can you please check if the parts are ok?

Approximate Purchase Date: this week
Budget Range: 650-700$ total
System Usage: Gaming

Parts:
- ASROCK B85M-HDS
not really sure about the motherboard, any tips?

- Intel Core i5 4570 s1150

- FSP RAIDER S ATX 550W 80+ Silver
OR
- FSP Hexa 500W
is it worth to go with the more expansive RAIDER or can i just stick with the cheaper HEXA? (about 14$ difference here) Or would you recommend something else? Maybe less W?

- Kingston 8GB 1600Mhz DDR3 HyperX Blu CL9 XMP KIT 2x4GB (KHX1600C9D3B1K2/8GX)
I'm also thinking about buying BEAST instead of BLU, maybe even a 1833Mhz BEAST, (that would be CL9 also, the cost difference is around 14$) but i read that the upgrade isnt worth the extra money since you cant really notice any difference. Also the 1833Mhz might be a problem for the motherboard?

- Cooler Master N300 NSE-300-KKN1 case

- 1TB WD 3.5" Caviar Blue SATAIII 64MB cache winchester (WD10EZEX)

- 120GB Samsung MZ-7TE120BW SSD 840 Series Evo Basic (MZ-7TE120BW)

- LG GH24NSB0 5,25" DVD SATA OEM

Not planning to buy a GPU yet, gonna use the comp with the Intel integrated graphix for a few months. When i do buy one i'm planning around 200$, any suggestions?

Thanks for all the help!

Your motherboard can't use 1833 MHz RAM. You are limited to 1600/1333/1066 MHz.

I was going to say something against the PSU, because I thought I saw it was Raider brand (low tier). You chose the FSP PSU so it might be a good choice. I read some JonnyGuru reviews which seem ok for the PSU. It's an average PSU. For your low end application, it just might be fine.

You can use the RAM, it'll clock itself down, but yeah, there's no point since the motherboard can't go that fast.
