CPU: Intel Core i7-4770 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
I would drop this to a i5-4670K. The i7-4770 doesn't offer much more performance for what you pay for. If you don't plan on overclocking though, drop it down to a regular 4670 or a 4570.
CPU Cooler: Corsair H60 54.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler
If you plan on overclocking, I would suggest the H80i. Otherwise get a Cooler Master Evo 212, if it fits (I'd do some side research
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
If you're hurting to save money somewhere, drop this to 8GB.
Storage: Corsair Force Series GS 128GB 2.5" Solid State Disk
I'd prefer Samsung, Intel, or OCZ's later SSDs, but that might do. You could use the money from dropping the RAM down to go to a 250GB SSD though if that appeals to you.
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB Video Card
You'd get more bang for your buck if you went down to a GTX 770.
Case: EVGA Hadron Mini ITX Tower Case w/500W Power Supply
The only thing I don't like about this is the PSU appears to be proprietary. I'd opt for a BitFenix Prodigy or Corsair's new Mini-ITX case.
Case Fan: Cougar Vortex 60.4 CFM 120mm Fan
If you're getting sealed water cooling for the CPU, then skip the fans (assuming the case comes with one).
