I have something running in the background on my comp. I have a gadget that monitors RAM usage, it says I'm using 48% of my memory? At the moment I have palemoon running kingdoms of Camelot. Internet Explorer running maximumpc website. Norton internet security, printer monitor, AMD catalyst control center running on taskbar. When I go to Windows task manager, it shows Palemoon using over 2mil of memory? Is this normal?

Palemoon is a Firefox variant, right? I didn't research this for Palemoon, but Firefox is known to have a memory leak problem, using up RAM and not releasing it.

Get free Process Explorer v15.40 at

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysi ... 96653.aspx

If you want to kill something before it starts:

Get free Autoruns for Windows v11.70 at

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysi ... 63902.aspx

Good luck.
