I've had problems with my computer crashing since bf4 came out. Changed video card got latest drivers ect and things seemed to be stable fpr a day or two, but the computer has crashed twice again while playing bf4 but this time I noticed a message from asus motherboard monitor that my 12 volt rail dropped to 10.9 volts. I've monitored it and even at idle it's only 11.4 volts. During game play it hovers at 11.1-11.2 volts most of the time and then dips to 10.9. I used a digital multi meter to monitor the voltage. So the question is my power supply not giving me the proper voltage? It seems its at least .6 volts too low and there's no "reserve" power to spare.

If it dips below 11.4V under load on the +12V rail it is out of spec. Replace PSU. Also, check if it is still under warranty.

I am not sure this is the appropriate forum for this question but you did ask about spec.
