I had to RMA my water cooling unit due to it making clicking noises.

I sent it out August 28th and they received it August 30th.

It is now September 25 and their website still says that it's being tested.

I tried using the online chat support to see what's going on but got nowhere.

Anybody else have to wait a month for an RMA to be returned?

Update:

I tried the online help one more time and this time they said that the unit that I have is out of stock and they are going to ship me the next model up.

If that were the case then it would still take less time than it has. Also why wouldn't they send me an email saying why there is a delay.

I'm sure glad I didn't throw out the HSF unit that came with my CPU.

Did you ask WHEN they are going to ship it?

That's the funny part. It may take a week for them to ship the upgraded unit.

I told them that I would contact them in a week if I don't hear anything by then.

I finally got the replacement water cooler today.

I got the 120XL like they said. The only "upgrade" I can tell is this unit comes with two fans instead of one.

I know you can't judge a company on one bad experience but taking over a month to basically switch the defective unit for a new one isn't acceptable. Especially when I had to contact them to know why it was taking so long.
