I am running Win7 Pro with AMD (ATI) Catalyst Control Center and the catalyst control enabled the wrong display configuration. It was supposed to be 1600x900 widescreen and I think I accidentally selected the next lower one which was 1800x1200 I believe. I can't be sure cuz I thought I selected the 1600x900. And now all it says is "Input Not Supported". I tried to disable the catalyst control for starting up and boot via the system configurations thru the "Safe Mode". But when I restart the computer it still says "Input Not Supported". So now I can't get to my regular desktop to revert the settings. And I can't disable or uninstall the Catalyst Control because the "Windows Install" is not available in "Safe Mode".
So how can I revert the settings back for my regular desktop if I can't even get to it?

The GPU is an ATI HD3300 onboard GPU cuz my nVidia took a poop on me.
AMD Phenom II x4 Black Edition
Win 7 Pro 64 bit.

Control Panel -> Programs and Features should still be available in Safe Mode. You can uninstall it from there.
