looks like good specs.

The obvious:

[1] Is it cool in the case?
[2] What PSU are you running? It might not be giving enough power.
[3] Do you have something running it background, hogging resources? Virus?
[4] Has this always happened or just recently? If recent, were there some updates or driver updates? Maybe you have a conflict somewhere.
[5] What RAM is that? 10GB of RAM is an uncommon number.

well my pc is really loud whenever i play a game, im pretty sure its my cpu thats filled with dust but would that be affecting it?
my psu is a corsair 600 watt 80 plus certified
i just got this graphics card and already have the latest drivers installed
it only says 10 gbs of ram when i look at it
this doesnt happen for any other game except this one

Well, if you built your PC, you can look at how many RAM sticks are there and their size. I'm curious as to the RAM configuration since I've never seen 10gb RAM or even 2x5gb.

I did some googling and GW2 is supposed to be CPU intensive rather than GPU intensive. You might want to clean out the case, the CPU fan, and make sure nothing is blocking the vents. The 6120 looks like a decent processor.
