I have a Intel Core I7 extreme 980x 3.33GHZ socket 1366 LGA 12GB RAM 2 Nvidia Geforce GTX 470 SLI. I am looking a upgrade to the video cards anyone have a recommendation on good replacement card dose not have to be a SLI setup a single Card that out performs would work. only upgrade I can make this year Thanks

GTX 770. $400 or so I think and it's a really nice upgrade.

On the AMD side, I would choose the 7970.

I have an AMD FX-8350, 8 gb of ram, a Powercolor Radeon HD 7770 Ghz Edition and lately my gaming performance hasn't been to good. I don't know if I should crossfirex with the 7770, buy a new graphics card now or wait until AMD's new 8000 series? I have about $250 budget. Thank you for helping!
