Intel is probably just releasing the cream of the crop for Haswell (i.e. 4570/4770) and the later processors in the upcoming months. So I wouldn't really worry too much if you're not going for all out latest and greatest. Speaking of which, you can probably squeeze in an Ivy Bridge processor (I think you can get a i5-3350P)
As for cooler, I think that case can fit a Cooler Master Hyper Evo 212, but I haven't had any issues with say stuff from Xigmatek, and I think they're smaller height wise.
And this is just a personal preference but I'm not a fan of Rosewill power supplies. I'd slip in something from Seasonic, Antec, or Corsair.
Oops, didn't see that I had picked a sandy bridge one, I'll update it.
I'll look into Xigmatek and see what they have, as well as look online to see what other people have in their builds.
The rosewill one was the first supply I saw which was decently priced and had a good amount of watts which was under 140mm, as people are saying that anything over 140 is to big for the room the case gives for the psu. I'll look into others.
