I have build my share of systems before but now unfortunately I have to say I am out of the loop when it comes to building a new system.

I have no option but to go with a pre build this time and I have to use QVC because of their easy payments plan option.

This system would be used primarily for your typical things like surfing the net, watching a lot of movies, music and some light photo editing.
I do want to game again on the pc a bit. Diablo III, maybe get into wow

I don't need a monitor I will be hooking it up to my 73 inch hd tv and my surround sound.

I have chosen two different systems. I am partial to the Envy it seems that I can upgraded later on easier.

HP ENVY H8 Desktop Windows 8, 8GB RAM, 1.5TB HD & Software

or

Dell Wi-Fi Desktop Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 1 TBHard Drive

If you see something else on that site I am trying to keep payments under 200. Also not sure if the 3 year replacement plan is worthing it.

Thank in advance for your time.

Neither of those come with a video card, and the HD4000 is pegged somewhere below GeForce 7800 GTX or Radeon X1800. So this is worse than what current consoles can push.

Find a cheaper PC on QVC and see if it has the slots for a graphics card. When you get enough money, buy a dedicated graphics card. Which graphics card do you need to play Diablo anyway?
