Its driving me crazy. I have never had a virus like this. It started with weird popups in a popup labled "Chikita" or something. I was annoyed and started my laptop in safe mode with networking. I ran rkill, then Combofix (smitefraudfix woundn't work), and then did a full scan of my C drive with updated malawarebytes.

The rkill closed some stuff and combofix said it removed like 13 things. Malawarebytes found no errors. I retarted my comp and the popups were gone, but then an hour later my computer self restarts. It loads and is playing commercials constantly. CONSTANTLY! I looked to see if anything running in the background was causing it and I didnt find anything obvious.

Could someone advise on what I can do to remove this virus?

I am by no means an antivirus expert but what you described sounds to me like a rootkit/bootkit. I could also be totally wrong. So take any advise I give with a grain of salt.
I have links to a couple of root kit removers. The one from Kaspersky says it also does bootkit removal.
Here are the links:

There are a few forums out there that help people with this kind of problem. They're usually volunteers that go through your logs and if needed, give you custom removal scripts. I think I used techguy.com forums before.

I would uninstall ALL toolbars, then Install Ccleaner and run the registry section of the program and choose Fix All after running the program.
Then I would go into Safemode with networking again. Run Combofix, Smitfraudfix (it should run) update Malwarebytes and run a deep scan. This should fix it, if not you may have a boot sector virus and will have to use a program to rebuild it. This is dangerous as you may loose data, so back it up (your data ) :) before you try this solution....you should back it up in any event.

If none of the above works, back up your data, fix the Masterboot record, format the drive and start from scratch using the Win 7 cd.

This has gotten rid of more rootkits for me than anything else I've found! LOVE IT!

you can also try http://security.symantec.com/nbrt/nbrt.aspx (you will need a norton key, but even an old one should work)
and http://security.symantec.com/nbrt/npe.aspx?lcid=1033
