Price range is just about what i want and this should play my games at mid high-max settings. Anything overkill?

Nothing really overkill although there are a couple of things that I would change. I would change the GPU from a GTX 650 to a Radeon 7850 if you can fit it in the budget although it's not a must have change I suppose. The must have change would be the PSU, I'm none too fond of Raidmax's offerings and they aren't generally well reviewed. I'd swap it out for a Corsair CX500 and you should be good to go.

Solid build, good balance overall between CPU horsepower and GPU.

For that price (pre-rebate) you could pick up a Radeon 7870 which performs even better than a 660. Heck I'm not too sure a non Ti 660 would beat out a Radeon 7850. Don't get me wrong I'm not a fanboy for AMD or nVidia (I've owned both cards going way back to the Riva TNT days with my first being a Diamond Viper V550) and recommend the best bang for the buck. AMD has (surprisingly) been able to get more out of their cards this time around than nVidia. If you really want to nVidia you can but the best bang for your buck atm is AMD for video cards.
