Anyone else using this mouse with Windows 8? I've read a bunch of negative criticisms on the Synapse 2.0 software, and most of the people work around the issues by going with the legacy drivers. The legacy drivers, however, don't work with Windows 8. So I'm wondering if anyone using Windows 8 with Naga Epic found a solution to the Synapse issues.

To be specific on the issues, the software is very unresponsive, taking several seconds for each changes to take effect. Even after finishing configuring the mouse and taking the software offline, commands from the mouse can also sometimes be unresponsive.

Mouse is working great with the legacy software under Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.6 (Synapse 2.0 also sucks ass here), and I haven't tried Synapse 2.0 under Windows 7.

No, I ran version 1.07, which is the only one listed on the Razer website. This one is version 1.06.

Looks like you are running the latest version and it still is not up to date for running in win8...early adopters and all that you know  I think they will be hit with a blizzard of complaints and will update the driver and software accordingly. Have patience Grasshopper.

I would e-mail their support about this problem.

The sad part is that the website states the driver is Win8 compatible, so I'm thinking Razer don't know how to test.
