Maximum PC

Hello,

First thing English is not my native language , so sorry if i make silly mistakes.

So im planning to build a new desktop PC. And im kind of on a budget.
The parts i picked are mostly from my local retailer cause i can get them on a loan there.
What im asking here is, do they fit together? or are there any major flaws in my build?
I want to do graphic design and video editing/animation on this pc (amateur) , and occasional gaming.

The build as for now is :

Mobo: MSI B75MA-P45
CPU: Intel Core i5-3350P 3,1G/6M
HD: western digital 1.5TB WD Sata3 IP 64M
RAM: DDR3 4GB 1333 C9 Corsair ( X2 )
Graphics : 2GB Club3D HD7850F PCI-E
power: Corsair VS Series™ VS650 — 650 Watt Power Supply 80+ EU
Case : My old case, gona strip it.Dont know the model name but its currently hosting an
Intel d925xcv mobo.
Monitor: LCD 24" Samsung S24B300BL LED

that will work, it sounds like you will benefit from 8G ram (or even 16G) video editing & graphic design tend to be memory hogs and love fast i/o.

I have to mention the case, the newer bottom-PSU cases do keep components cooler - many of the old ATX cases do not have good HDD airflow so just something to consider... If the temps rise, it is nothing a good set of drill bits and / or a dremel / rotozip can fix up (have done that many times lol)

Im leaning towards new case also, had a paintjob planned on my old one but im to busy atm at my work.
I will upgrade the ram when i see that this is not enough.

Should i get win7 or 8?

I usually go w/ win8, it's slightly cheaper (here in the states) and for the most part usually works. Personally I am sticking w/ my Win 7 pro (it's the new XP lol)

about 600 eur for the case + - 1oo and cheapest 24 inch monitor i can find.
Im located in Estonia (East Europe).


My current setup was few eur below 600 at my local store, without new case and monitor, and ca 800 with them inlcluded.
