it's likely that they failed. That does happen occasionally if you have a GPU OC'd to just below the point where it is folding unstable. You may have gotten a unit that pushes it just a bit more, then it failed. Same could apply to a CPU/SMP unit also. It also could have just been a bad unit or something else all together.

I have my 3570K OCed to 4.4GHz, but it's running stable and cool at around 55C with a Hyper 212 Evo

It's been like this for a while too, with no issues :/

First I've seen anything like that (not that it does'nt happen). If it were me I'd be concerned, as you are, but give it benefit of a doubt until time and more research give way to a reason for not receiving credit where the wus have already been validated to exist under your id. Gero gives some real possibilities. Good luck. :?

Make a post on foldingforum.org under the appropriate category. They can shed the most light on what happened. They can look in the logs to give you answers if you don't lave anything in your logs. What are you running under (folding version) v7? Smp tracker v2? Something else?

Check your logs if you can. Looks like it happened again earlier today. If you don't see anything in there that gives some inkling in what it might be, hit up foldingforum.org. Unless you have more for us to go on, we can't help much ;)

Consider upgrading to v7. I'm glad that I did somewhat recently. Takes a slight bit to get used to, but it works well and can be used with hfm or whatever as well.

Run some prime95, memtest, Intel burn, and super pi on it. If you pass several hours/passes on those, you should be fine, but still check your logs if you can.
