System Information:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X2 245
Motherboard: Biostar A880G+
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR3 1333 Model F3-10666CL9D-4GBRL 2x2GB
GPU: HIS H785F2G2M Radeon HD 7850 2GB
PSU: OCZ ZT Series 750W

So as you can see my system specs and current freqs and what not, I'm relatively happy with the ~25% boost to the CPU, but I'm curious if there's anything I can do with the RAM?
I have the BIOS set to manually run the RAM at 1066, however, when I look at CPU-Z the DRAM freq hasn't changed since I had it set at 800MHz when I started working on the CPU. If I set the BIOS to 1333 I can't boot. Any thoughts? Thanks.

The bottleneck is your Biostar. Another way around it would be to carefully and proportionally increase DRAM voltage while also adjusting your timings. Both will need to be dialed to get a maximum performance and stability on that mobo. Those dimms should handle OC'ing with ease. Here is a nice and quick primer.
