I just bought a EVGA GeForce GTX 660, and I was wondering with that, whats the highest graphics setting I could get with around 40-60 FPS on Battlefield 3.
Heres my build:
AMD Athlon II X4 640 3.01 GHz Quad Core
8gb of DDR3 RAM
250gb Hard drive.

I would try maxing everything out and start stepping down from there until you get the fps you want. I hope you checked your psu to see if it has enough AMPs and watts to support that card, check in the manual of the video card and see what it has for recommended specs.

kleinkinstein,

Ever notice nobody gives their psu specs when they list their computer specs.

...so swaintroy, what size power supply are you using, both watts and amps supplied please.

So true! So odd too, since the psu is the most overlooked, ignored, under-appreciated and otherwise marginalized part of all the pieces.
