Can someone please explain how to use the ACC for my AMD CPU?

Yes, I've traversed the internet and have discovered mostly the robotic factoids of the ACC. I am hoping for a brief, human explanation of how ACC works and what are the best settings. When I open one core or all cores, what does the number mean in the abbreviations? i.e. [-2%]. What exactly is unleashing mode?

Currently I'm having great succes with it (only after many problems) like trying to multitask and Firefox crashing or the whole system restarting. Instead of just "unleashing" all four cores, I just have 3 cores available, I chose +2% for each and I did NOT select Unleashing Mode. That and a good bump in voltage to 1.4v and everything has been exceedingly stable. I'm happy......just want to know why.

So again, if somone could briefly explain the ACC option for my CPU and the best way to use it, I would appreciate it. Specs below:

When AMD runs a batch of CPUs they always get a small percentage of CPUs that have a bad core or two or more, so they lock out the bad core/cores and sell a quad core as a tri-core or dual core. All you are doing is switching on the bad core/cores with the ACC option in the bios. Sometimes you luck out and get a good locked out core/cores and sometimes not.

What do the ACC settings mean? What affect do they have on the cores? What do the numbers mean in []??

I have never used ACC...I have never even heard about it until recently. That being said, I think I am fully qualified in discussing the process.
