Please tell me if this build will work

The build will work but I would recommend a 7770 video card over http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... hics-Cards the 450 GTS unless you are going to have two of them running in SLI. You also didn't state on what your going to be using your build for whether its video editing or gaming so its hard to recommend parts.

I would recommend a Coolermaster Hyper 212 heatsink since the Intel stock heat sinks are pretty bad when it comes to cooling.

Actually the GTS 450 Is something i have now . and i will plan to upgrade it later.
and i am trying to build one for gaming.. mostly for high fps and that will let me play games on ultra and stuff.
but other then that . i am willing to spend $400-$600...

Imho, spend a few bucks more and get the i5-3570K CPU. Even if you are not planning to overclock, it is worth it to be able to.

I don't believe there is anything wrong with the MSI mobo and I am sure it's a solid board, but a lot of folks around these parts prefer an ASUS, Gigabyte or ASRock in terms of brands. The specs on the board look good though, and at $100 after reabte on the Egg, it's a good deal imho.

If gaming, you can save some $ and get 8 GB of RAM instead of 16 GB.

Even after upgrading your GPU later as planned, you can go with a slightly lower PSU. 600 watts or so should be plenty even if you upgrade to something like a GTX 680.

Add a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo or Plus cooler for your CPU, as the stock fan sucks.

Add an SSD for your OS and select programs. You can probably find a 128 GB Samsung 830 for about $80-90 on sale.
